How to Redeem depending on your platform of choice:

• Redeem via the Microsoft Redemption Page

  1. Log in to your Xbox account at account.microsoft.com.

  4. Click Next and follow the prompts to add the $5 balance to your account.

  2. Select Store from the menu options.
  3. Press the View button (two small squares icon) to open the side menu, and choose Redeem.
  4. Enter the 25-character code, press Next, and follow the prompts to complete the redemption process.

  Redeem via the Xbox App on Windows

  1. Press the Start button on your computer and search for the Xbox App.
  2. Open the app and log in to your Xbox account.
  3. Select your gamer profile in the top-left corner and go to Settings.
  4. Scroll down and select Redeem under the Redeem a Code section.
  5. Enter the 25-character code, click Next, and complete the process.
