Here’s everything you need to know about how pre-orders work, when you’ll receive your product, and what to expect before release day.
When will I receive my product key?
You’ll receive your product key on the official release date.
As soon as the publisher releases the product, we’ll email your code to the email address on your order.
What time will I receive the product key on release day?
We aim to send all pre-order product keys on the release day itself, depending on the publisher’s release schedule and your time zone.
Most customers receive their codes during the first few hours of the release day.
Will my order include bonus content?
If the publisher offers pre-order bonus content (such as exclusive skins, DLC, or special packs), it will be included with your order whenever possible.
Please check the product description page for full details, as bonus items are sometimes limited and only available while stocks last.
Can I cancel or refund a pre-order?
Yes. You can request a cancellation anytime before we deliver your key.

If the price changes after I pre-order, will I pay more?
No. The price you pay is locked in at the time of your purchase.
Even if the product price changes before release, your order will not be affected.
